[WinMac] Xerox Docutech printing from NT

I have a few network printers installed on my NT system, one printer used
the AdobePS driver. I installed an NT driver for a Xerox Docutech 135
printer. (The Docutech runs as a Novell print server.) Part way through the
install for the Docutech the following files are asked for which cannot be
found on the hard drive or WIN95 CD ROM:

        apple380.ppd
        testps.txt
        xrdt1354.ppd

What are these files for, are they necessary, and where can I find them?
