So, increase the time of the lease. If NT needs an IP address and there
is a reserved address but the device is offline. It'll use that address.

Our clients who use DHCP and have to exclude addresses due to some
printers not supporting them haven't experienced virtually any problems.

Just the other side of the coin.

And this is not a "celebrity deathmatch" as some people have said in the
past, I just think it's important for people to hear both sides of the
story, especially since there are a lot of devices (mostly printers) out
there that don't support DHCP.
