        Dear Jason,

        Try disabling the 3 Desktop Printer Extensions... This will force the
MacOS to use the old style Print Monitor.

        In addition, I recommend throwing away Desktop Printing for any Mac,
because it can cause all sorts of wacky things to happen with QuarkXPress.
