1) How do I make sure I have the same type foundry's fonts on both mac and
win to be sure the same page prints the same on both systems?

2) If I create a PageMaker page on the Mac to an Apple LaserWriter, then
move the document to a Win system with an HP LaserJet printer, will my page
generally print differently because of font differences and printer default
(margins, headers, footers) differences?

Answers to these questions will open Pandora's font box...
