Robert,

Why can't you just type .25? Why does it have to be a single character?

I finally found a font that gives .25 as 1/4, .5 as 1/2 etc . . . all as
single character fractions (on my Mac).

It was the last one in my fonts list . . . "VT-100" an old PC staple probably.

Hope you have it and it works for you . . . but it is a fraction, not .25

The whole fraction is a single character in this font.
