At work we're running IIS with web services and FTP. I'm trying to update
the web files and get an error saying that a certain file cannot be
delted or replaced because it's in use by a process. I have stopped both
FTP and web services and anything else I could think of to no avail. Even
trying to delete the file locally on the server yields the same result.
Short of rebooting the server (a favorite NT pastime), what else could I
do?
