Dear list
I should syncronize a Psion serie 5 with outlook97 which is runnig on a
PC-card in a MAC but I did not sucseed yet to get a connection.

configuration details:
Hardware MAC: PowerPC 8200, 80MB RAM
Hardware PC: Apple 12"-PC-Card Pentium 24MB RAM, 500MB HD FAT16
Software Mac: OS D-8.1, PC-Setup 1.5.3
Software PC: Win95, Apple CDDrvr 1.6.4, Outlook97, PsiWin2

Over the control pannel PC-Setup I have assigned COM1 of the PC-card to
the Mac's
modemport .

In the Systemconfiguration of Win95 I set the baudrate of COM1 to
115200.
I do not know to what protocol (Xon/Xof?) the port must be set.

An other problem is that the cable which comes with PsiWin (SUB-D/9Pol)
does not fit to the mac's miniDIN-8 Serial port.

I tried (with and without null-modem adapter) to connect over a modem
cable
(Hayes-komp. Hw. Handsh.) to the mac's RS232-port.

The communication setting of the PSION is set to cable (115200 Baud).

Can anybody help?

Thanks in advance
