AppleTalk on the Macs has a way of reverting to a printer port so I'd check
that first and see if it's looking at your ethernet card. Next I'd check
the NT Server to make sure that Services for Macintosh (SFM) is still
running. You may also want to try pinging from your Mac to the NT Server
though that will only verify IP protocol and not AppleTalk.

If all Macs in your office are are not seeing the NT Server and SFM is
supposedly running try stopping the service it and then restarting it.
Finally reboot the server and see if that helps.

Start with your own Mac first though and make sure AppleTalk is set to your
ethernet card.
