[WinMac] NT and Motherboard Swap

I hope someone out there can help with this. Have an NT 4 server running
SP4 and OP4 on a PII 300MHz with 256 MB of DIMM Ram. Just upgraded from a
BX chipset motherboard to a LX chipset. Now the box is terribly slow,
actually responds like a 486, slow screen redraws, forever to load an app,
etc.

I am wondering if NT is having a problem with the new chipset on the MB and
if there is a way to make it recognize it. Will I need to reinstall NT over
what is there, reformat the drives, etc. Or is it possible that the
processor has just taken a coincidental dump?

Any suggestions, helps would be greatly appreciated.

Respectfully,

-Don
