        1) FWB (StreamLogic) went bankrupt;

        2) Are you SURE this is a true hardware RAID card, with the RAID
calculations being done on the card itself (like on a Mylex DAC960 card)?
If you need to use RAID Toolkit (a nice product), then the main CPU is
doing all the heavy-duty "lifting."
