We use it here for similar purposes, i.e. testing and cross-platform issues. I
also use VPC to access my Microsoft TechNet CDs. VPC seems to work really well
on the G3, as long as you give it a generous helping of RAM. I have both Win95
and WinNT on my VPC, and both perform adequately.

I am considering giving VPC to my boss for his laptop. He wants to be able to
access the Windows-based network to view the company's sales data. Right now
he uses a PC with Attachmate's EXTRA! client. Is there a good client for Mac
that I could use for a NetBIOS connection to a PC LAN (direct connect and
dialup) instead of using VPC?
