I don't think there's a single device that can give you all the ports you
need.

According to the product specs, they have an ethernet card you can add to
the Epson 850. It has a parallel port and and a Mac printer port but no
USB (the Epson 740 does have those ports plus USB).

If you network it like this you may want to also get the PostScript Level2
driver for the Mac.
