Hello Marlan

Ethernet is really easy on a Power Macs.

If you just have two makes you can buy a twisted pair cable from Redmond
Cable in Redmond Washington.

Just tell them how many feet you need and they'll make it custom for you at a
good price.

When or if you move up to more that 2 computers you can buy an ethernet hub
and plug regular cables between each computer and the hub.

Regarding printing from to your epson.

The inexpensive way to go is to hook the printer up the the most powerful
Mac's printer port, and make sure the Mac has plenty of ram.

All Mac's on the network can print to that printer, you just make sure its
set to shared in the Chooser.

The expensive way is to buy a devise for your task from a company like
Asante.

I'm not familiar with your specific printer in terms of ethernet.
