[WinMac] Scheduling NT server to restart

Hi

I hope someone can help. When I start the NT server, the Task Manager
reports about 62Mb in the MEM Usage screen. A week later, and this figure
can climb to about 90Mb, due I guess to memory leaks like in Mac OS.

How can I set-up my NT 4 Server to automatically restart periodically, say
every Sunday at 3 am? I have checked out the AT command but confess to
feeling intimidated! Is there a utility / command that will free-up this
memory, so I don't have to restart?

Regards
