Brian, I'll take up your challenge. I've been wanting an excuse to get
reacquainted with AppleScript, especially under Mac OS 8.5. (I'll write it
so it basically deals with Office 98 and any OS that runs it, so don't worry
if you don't use OS 8.5 yet.) It should be fairly versatile and may be
useful in adaptation for other programs in terms of quickly "PCing" the file
for use.

Once it's done, I'll send it to you if you like to try out, with some basic
instructions.

I used to work for the company that makes the "For Dummies" computer books,
so don't worry, I'll keep the geekiness of the steps to a minimum.

Can't make any guarantees on timeliness, but I'm not doing much more than
eating and working a little on Thanksgiving.
