        Well, hopefully you are running on NT and not 95/98, or you're SOL!
Only WinNT has the ability to modify resources in an existing binary - the
API calls for doing this don't exist in 95/98 :(.

        I don't have anything specific, at least that's free. VC++'s
resource editor will happily let you do this, but it only comes as part of
the complete Visual C++/Visual Studio package. If I were you, I'd check
WinFiles (<http://www.winfiles.com>).
