It certainly is possible, but this a function of your router
software/hardware (if you have one) and is not to my knowledge an option on
an NT server (of course I don't administer any NT servers so I may be
wrong).

And encapsulating appletalk won't provide you any speed benefits. In fact,
it may be slower because your router has to spend time wrapping/unwrapping
the appletalk into and out of the IP packet.
