Mike,

If you only have printers with Appletalk support, you don't need to use a
NT printqueue for your Macintoshes; just disable the service "Print Server
for Macintosh" on all NT servers. All printers will be available (for Mac
clients directly through Appletalk, for Win client through the NT
printqueues) and the Mac clients can use the NT fileserver.

In my situation (all Apple Laserwriters), this works great from both Mac
and Win95/NT.

If possible, always print directly to the Appletalk printer without an NT
queue, because the NT Print Server for Macintosh needs a few Service Packs
more.
