I might be missing the obvious, but weve been doing this for a couple of years. Make sure print and file Services for Macintosh
are running on the NT Server box, set up a network printer like normal, and you should see the printer. The laserwriter drivers
are included with NT. Dont "capture the printer" unless you wish the macs to NOT see it anymore directly (and print to it
through the NT box--judging most opinions here, not a good idea). Good luck.
