Sounds like the hubs, to me. 3Com should have a pretty good support
policy. Ask them to ship you some replacement units (they'll usually
do this if you give them a credit card to cover the costs in case you
don't ship the old ones back), and then test 'em out for a couple of
days to see if it fixes things.

Only other thought - how's the power situation? Sufficient AC all
around?
