I have several Filemaker db's running on the web. One example URL is:

<http://206.147.58.9/macdirectory/macindex.html>

These use a Mac web server (Webstar) and Lasso as the agci connecting the
database to the web. It takes a little while to learn to program the HTML
pages to extract the data from Filemaker, but Blueworld (developers of
Lasso) has a good html based tutorial and a very active discussion list
to help you along the way.

The latest version of Filemaker has a subset of Lasso included and one
can have Filemaker itself create a web front end to any database. I have
not done this myself, but there were some MacWorld articles about this.
