I asked our Exchange Server guru, and he stated Exchange 5.0 and above
supports POP 3 out of the box. It is even enabled by default.

You should just be able to point your POP client at the Exchange Server and
it should work.

I know it does work on our network and have set it up a couple times to test
it.
