        I recommend the Asante cards for four major reasons:

        1) They are robust: They use the very reliable DEC 2114x chipset;
        2) They are flexible, with drivers for not only the Mac and 95, but also
AlphaNT and x86NT;
        3) They sit on the PCI bus, for minimal interrupt and CPU overhead;
        4) They are inexpensive, at $39 apiece.
