[WinMac] Slow QT 3.0.2 launching on VPC

QuickTime 3.0.2 seems to launch incredibly slow on Virtual PC 2.1.1: it
takes more than 1.5 minutes. After launching the performance is OK.
Previous QT versions launch OK.

This is on a PowerMacintosh 8600/200 (160 MB RAM & 161 MB VM, 1 MB L2
cache), System 8.1, 43560 K given to VPC = 32 MB to Windows 95.

Any similar experiences?
