Although we're a tiny organization compared to yours (a dozen pcs and 7
macintoshes) we've had good success using MS Exchange as a mail server.
The mail clients for the mac work fairly well, particularly on faster
machines as they're big, porky clients but they get the job done.
Support for forms is thin to none, although I understand in that in
Exchange 5.5 (we run 4.0) an outlook style mac client has been added to
the line up which works in conjunction with MS IIS to serve up email
forms in html to Mac users. I'm not sure how this all works--doesn't
sound too inviting. We use the Schedule+ mac client pretty heavily has
well, and it works well.
