[WinMac] Networked printers

We just set up a mixed Mac/PC network and are having trouble getting the
PC's to see the printers. The two printers are an Apple LaserWriter 360 and
a HP 4MV. The printers are connected to hubs, the LaserWriter on a
Localtalk to ethernet adapter. The Macs can see both printers of course but
the PC's can't see the networked printers at all. The PC guys are having
trouble finding an easy solution. Any easy suggestions?
