I run VPC on a 300 Mhz G3 with 160 Meg RAM (110 Meg allocated to VPC).
I also have a Pentium 133 laptop. The laptop runs slower than a desktop
Pentium 133 because of the slower laptop chip.
When comparing the speed of Autocad running on the Pentium laptop versus
VPC, it definitely runs faster (about 50%) on the laptop. I would
estimate the speed of VPC in my installation to be somewhere between a
fast '486 and a slow Pentium.
