If I'm not mistaken the Searchlight program had to do with people who
SELL Macs, not so much those who SERVICE Macs. Searchlight had no effect
on me because I'm an Apple Authorized SERVICE provider not a products
provider. And compared to some service programs for some companies, Apple
makes you jump through a relatively small number to become Apple Service
authorized.
