[WinMac] Synchronizing Outlook 98

I keep Outlook 98 open all day at work. I also open it up on my home machine
in the evenings and weekends. Is there any convenient way to synchronize all
of the files except the email? (If I have to have email, I can get around
that. On the Mac, I would have done a little FTP script, but can't seem to
find the data files for outlook. I'm using WinNT4.0 on both machines.
