Hi all;

I'm new to this list, briefly I maintain an NT 4.0 network with both Mac,
Win95 & 98 clients... 40 total.

Though my Mac clients never really received a "domain" login. We simply
adjusted the passwords on the NT ras config to accept clear text. Once
users are authenticated, they had access to items as they would logging on
locally. We now use a different remote access server, but NT RAS worked for
a long time just fine.

As I recall, even locally, Mac clients logon to the network and not the
domain. Currently, access is quite smooth.

FWIW,
