The LW630 and LJ-4MV are both "strong" PostScript printers, i.e they have
good ethernet connections, fast RIPs, and capacity for lots of RAM... This
allows for a large input queue so many Macs can send jobs without "choking"
the printer

The LW310, on the other hand, is a piece of junk. The RIP is *so* bad in
the LW310 that many people were tearing out the logic boards and dropping
in LW300 (QuickDraw (raster)) logic boards instead... This was possible
since the LW300 and LW310 share the same engine, case, and logic board
connections.
