It is very possible that the PCs have captured the port. Someone on this
list copied the help file for what port capturing does and so maybe that
person can explain it better than I.

     Also, you might want to check if you're using DEsktop Printing on
the Mac. I work in Tech Support for a number of different manufacturer's
printers and RIPs and one thing they all seem to hate is Desktop
Printing. I've seen it a lot of times where it will cause the printer to
fall off the chooser. BUt definitely take a look at the captured port
thing.
