I don't understand; what is Apple video?
Are you talking about the monitor signal or the video file formats? Or
about video codecs?

I think just about all one-way signals work well over one-piece,
well-shielded cabling. Adding pieces and having inferior shielding will
be noticeable. You also need to watch where the cable goes near
high-energy signals or EM pulsing.
