[WinMac] Wiring a Network

Hello all!

I need some help in wiring an Ethernet 10base-T (though we're gonna use Cat5
so I guess it's capable of 100Base-T, right?) network. I've never done this
before so I'm pretty much clueless.

I need to wire a small office. So, I looked at my office and I see that
there's blue cabling through the walls, which goes to wall jacks. On the
other end, in the back, it goes to a patch panel. Off of that panel, we
have shorter grey wiring going to the hub itself. What is all this stuff
called and where in the world do I get it!?!?!?

I need the wall jacks. I need one Ethernet connection per office. Where do
I get it and what are they called?

I need the wiring that goes in the wall. Does it have to be blue? Should
it be? Does color even mean anything? Is it the same type of cabling that
goes between the computer and the wall jack, or does it do some crossing
over back there? Where do I get it? What's it called?

I need the little RJ-45 connectors on both ends, right? Where do I get those
lil' thingies? We're getting an electrician to wire the place and he's
going to be putting the cabling together, I just need to get the materials
for him.

I need the patch panel. Where do I get it, what's it called, etc...

Thanks a bunch for your help!!!

- Daniel.
