Man, I must be using a different Dell computer because my experiences with them is TERRIBLE. We have gotten dead machine just out of the box, machines that die just days after their arrivals, BAD tech support with LONG wait times. They don't do their own hardware repairs BTW, they outsource to a totally different company that treated my company like crap. Unreturned phone calls, lost parts, computers having to be send in MULTIPLE times in order to get the same problem fixed. I am so fed up with them that we are switching manufactures as soon as we can. Dell machines are crap IMO. Haven't had much dealing with Gateway. My folks got one for their business. Love it, no problems. My girlfriend however has had a couple of problems with her machine but they did send her a new one when all was said and done.
