Yes; though there was also Windows 3.11 for Workgroups, and Windows NT has
come in several versions (most important seem to be 3.5x, 4.0 Server, 4.0
Workstation, plus versions of 5.0 now in beta).

I think so; though it also seems to be Microsoft Office version 8.0x.

Don't know. My CD-ROM just says "Microsoft Office" with "version 7.0a" in
small print. As far as i can remember, the individual applications within
Office 95 were described as "Microsoft Word for WIndows 95" and so on.

Yes.

People are still using it, but Microsoft aren't selling it (at least not
through ordinary retail channels): the line is that it's been superseded by
Office 97. Office 4.3, the last 16-bit windows version, is still available,
though.
