Yes, EPSs will scale well, but ONLY if they are vector art and not
bitmaps (scans). if you have a photo that you scanned or a logo that you
scanned and saved it as an EPS it's still a bitmap and when you enlarge
it you lose resolution and it will get fuzzy.

     BTW anything created in Photshop or saved out of Photoshop is a
bitmap, even if it's in EPS format.
