That download is the NT version of PDFWriter that was put online
AFTER Acrobat 3.0 shipped because it wasn't done in time. If you check
out the page that the download link points too, you'll see that it requires
an Acrobat serial number in order to download. Like I said, PDFWriter is
ONLY available for Acrobat owners.
