yes, but be caery careful with the compression settings on Acrobat, if
you're using a Harlequin RIP you're probably printing to an Imagesetter
and Acrobat compresses your graphic files and transforms them to Jpeg by
default! Something you definitely don't want to send to an imagesetter.
So before you print anything, go into Acrobat and change the defaults (or
check them from the driver and save them).
