The other choice is to use the same font. Just use Fontographer to
convert to the other platform.

Even doing this, you may have to tweak the design some. There are some
differences in font design between the platforms. I've found that moving
from mac to win sometimes results in heavier characters. Apparently due
to how the outline line of the character is handled.
