One option that doesn't appear to have been discussed here is that it is
possible to install the Appletalk Protocol in the Network control Panel of NT
Workstation. It doesn't allow you to share files, but WILL allow the NTW to
create a printer queue that points to an Appletalk device.

Of course, you have to beat the users down and stop them capturing the
Appletalk device or your printers will keep disappearing from the Mac network,
but for small numbers of NT users without access to an NT server or who have
lasers that are not IP capable it works a treat.
