I am against that method of doing things here, for two reasons:

1. It would hamper the interactive nature of the list. Holding
people's responses and posting them later would delay reaction from
list members who need some sort of discussion to begin on a question
before they can give their input.

2. It would put too much work on the person asking the question.
The list needs only one moderator.
