Hi Peter,

Thank's for the e-mail. I got involved with this issue of modems because I
use Norton Utilities for Windows with VirtualPC and it uses a live update
system that forces you to download updates in Windows, which can be a real
pain in the butt as they are usually over 5MB. As I am stationed in Turkey
at this time, where the Internet connections are absolutely terrible, it
becomes even more important to get this live update issue to work properly.
