Hi,

i have experience the CuSeeMe software from Whitepine. i use the software
both on my Mac Laptop and PC desktop.. let me tell you this has been by far
the best Videoconfrencing software i have used...

Can it be done? Yes
What software? CuSeeMe (www.wpine.com){whitepine)
What video hardware? well i simply had a small hand held cam-corder
laying around, but them simple round objects would
work... whole lot cheaper...
What kind of Internet connection would be required from the engineer's
home? simple isp connection, unless you have a secruity dynamics server.
