The best way is Norton "your Eye Only". We had a few trouble installing it, but now it works fine. The only trouble is that there is no way to looging on as a different user if the screensaver is on. (On a related note, FileGuard on the Mac side is a pure gem...).

If anybody else know of a different solution, let me know
