I recently am attempting to purchase one.

I called in early June and they took my order for a 620. It didn't arrive
when they indicated it should. I called and was told there was a backorder
on some part. So I waited.

The card arrived the last full week of June. It would not function in my
PMac7600 correctly. I called support. (Note that support is only
available Mon - Fri 8AM - 4PM Pacific time. ) The support guy seemed to
be familiar with the porblem and gave me a RMA number to send it back.

The problem is that after awhile, the card stopped communicating with the
Mac. The Mac control program issues a message saying 'hey, I can't talk to
the PC card anymore'.

So I sent it back. I had to pay for the return shipping. I called and
made a scene about that. It's not my idea of good customer support. They
should pay for return shipping.

The time that the card worked, I was pleased with the performance. And I
hope they can make it work to send it back to me.

But I am most displeased with the company and how they are treating me.
