I've got a user here who's using WinNT 4 and is having a problem with
the PPP stack. WinNT _insists_ that it's not installed, but it is. And
it's installed _exactly_ the same way that it was on two other NT
machines, and they both work. Machine is a Pentium 233, 64 MB RAM, no
unusual hardware or software. Anyone have a clue as to where I should
even start looking? NT ain't my thing.
