Here's your badges?" and offers them to two guys with bandoliers, festive sombreros, and really bad fake mustaches. The bigger one says the line. Thanks to Eric Jacobsen for the tip. He recalls it being included in one of the old OS/2 distributions. Sounds about right -- the file is dated 07/30/1994. Maybe it shipped with OS/2 Warp, released in October 1994? (reference.) I believe the Ultimotion codec was part of the Multimedia Presentation Manager/2 (MMPM/2) that came with OS/2 2.1 in May 1993 (reference).
